Consulting · Training · Formulation · Application

A structure defends itself with chemistry.

PROJET-TS supports clients, industrial operators and civil engineering contractors in the diagnosis, formulation and application of the products that protect, repair and strengthen structures.

Add trust to construction.

The pH scale — the front line

Sound concrete lives at pH 13: that alkalinity passivates the steel and keeps the structure standing. Carbonation, phosphoric acid, effluents, seawater — our whole trade consists of stopping a structure from sliding down the scale.

pH < 5 — the attackPhosphoric and sulphuric acids, fermentation liquors, effluents, flue gases. The binder dissolves, the steel corrodes, the structure loses section.

pH 13 — the protectionHydraulic mortars, epoxy and vinyl ester linings, acid-resistant tiles, cathodic protection, waterproofing. The barrier holds, the structure lasts.

What we do

Four disciplines, one chain

A product badly chosen, badly formulated or badly applied fails in exactly the same way. PROJET-TS works across the whole chain — and can take on a single link.

01 — Upstream

Consulting & advice

Diagnosis of damage, system selection, drafting of specifications and method statements, support with costing, assistance at handover.

02 — Transfer

Training

Technical training for sales teams, site engineers and applicators: binder chemistry, repair systems, resins, health and safety.

03 — Design

Formulation

Product development and adaptation: admixtures, repair mortars, coatings, acid-resistant systems. Raw material selection, quality control, standardised testing.

04 — Delivery

Application

Specialist works: reinforced concrete repair and protection, industrial resin flooring, waterproofing, tanking, structural strengthening.

Our expertise in detail

Four specialities, four pages

Each field has its own chemistry, its own pitfalls and its own methods. Here is how we work, in detail.

Where we work

Five environments, five forms of attack

Every sector destroys concrete in its own way. The right solution starts from the actual attack, not from a catalogue.

pH 1–3

Industry

Chemicals and fertilisers, food processing, automotive. Acid attack, abrasion, thermal shock, hygiene requirements. Acid-resistant linings, resin floors, industrial slabs, protection of production structures.

pH 4–8

Infrastructure

Bridges, tunnels, motorways, ports, railways. Carbonation, chlorides, fatigue. Concrete admixtures, structural repair, composite strengthening, joints and bearings.

pH 6–9

Water

Dams, treatment and wastewater plants, potable water tanks. Waterproofing, tanking, impermeabilisation, food-contact approved products, resistance to aggressive water and H₂S.

pH 2–7

Energy

Thermal power stations, solar, wind. Flue gases, wet-dry cycling, saline environments. Cathodic protection, repair of reinforced concrete structures, UV-resistant coatings, anchoring and grouting.

pH 8–13

Buildings

Real estate, offices, retail. Infiltration, basements, car parks, façades. Foundation waterproofing, repair mortars, car park coatings, crack treatment.

They have trusted us

Clients, contractors, industrial operators and partners

Public and private clients, major civil engineering contractors, concrete producers, industrial operators and manufacturing partners.

Who you will be working with

PROJET-TS is one man and his trade

Jawad Izallalen — a chemist by training, a materials engineer by specialisation, a manager by necessity. Twenty-three years spent on the same front line: the rehabilitation, strengthening and protection of reinforced concrete structures.

An unusual path, running from the production plant to the site: head of the works department at a specialist in special processes, then Morocco country manager for the construction chemicals division of a multinational, then deputy general manager of the subsidiary of an international group.

In practical terms, that means: knowing how to formulate a product, how to specify it, how to sell it — and knowing what becomes of it at 40 °C in a phosphoric acid pit when the crew is tired. That continuity is what PROJET-TS puts at your disposal.
